Amy – Education Leader and Teacher of Seals Group
Amy has worked as a 4-year-old Kindergarten Educator on Phillip Island and San Remo for over 20 years. She holds a Bachelor of Teaching Early Childhood and a Bachelor of Education (Primary). Amy has a strong focus on a supportive guidance approach when working with children, pro-social behaviours, as well as developing children’s emotional and social regulation skills and working together as a team.
Amy enjoys singing and music and is a keen veggie gardener. Outside of kinder, Amy enjoys spending time with her family and children and exploring the outdoors, walking, spending time at the beach, fishing, and camping.

Belinda – Teacher of Penguins Group
Belinda has over 25 years of experience in the Early Childhood Education Field, working within a variety of early childhood settings such as sessional kindergartens, long day care, and early learning centres, and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Studies. Belinda commenced working at San Remo Preschool in 2014, initially as a casual relief teacher before joining the team in 2019.
Belinda holds a genuine interest in and passion for the Early Childhood Education Field and particularly enjoys establishing relationships with children and being a part of their important learning journey in their first year of kindergarten. Belinda lives in San Remo and has one daughter.
In her spare time, she enjoys reading and spending time with her family, including spending time at and helping out on her family's farm in Bass.
Nadine – Teacher of Pelicans Group
Nadine has a Master of Teaching qualification with an Inclusive Education specialisation. Nadine graduated with a passion for an emergent curriculum approach, following children's ideas, strengths, and interests to guide the curriculum. Nadine has extensive experience in assisting children with additional needs. Through her work as an Integration Aide, she has gained valuable insight into differentiating and developing learning opportunities that are focused and attentive to the needs of each individual child.
Her personal pedagogy and the values she upholds include fostering a child's sense of wonder, encouraging their independence and building on their multiple intelligences and knowledges.
Nadine appreciates the critical importance of a learning community in which children, parents and educators are partners - all working collaboratively to promote the wellbeing, education and development of all children.
Toni – Teacher of Dolphins Group
Toni has a Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood and Primary Education and currently teaches our three-year-old Dolphins group.
Toni enjoys being part of collaborative teams to create engaging and challenging lessons for her students. Her creative nature, determination, and passion to support young children in becoming successful learners has always been at the forefront of her teaching philosophy. Toni believes children have the right to grow and learn in environments they feel safe in and allow them to pursue their interests and explore new and exciting experiences.
Toni worked as a relief teacher for two years at San Remo Pre-School prior to undertaking her current role as permanent staff.
Emma - Educator of Penguins Group
Emma is the Assistant Educator in the Penguin Group, working alongside Belinda.
Emma and her family enjoy spending time together camping and exploring new places, going for walks and movie nights!
